Summary
Under the direction of the HR Manager, the Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for designing and executing recruiting strategies to attract, source, and retain the best and the brightest employees. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with multiple hiring managers and personalities and finding creative ways to source candidates.
Responsibilities
* Design and implement the overall recruiting strategies. * Work with hiring managers to develop job posting and sourcing strategy. * Source and attract candidates using a variety of methods including job boards and social media sites. * Use SuccessFactors (SAP) to manage recruiting process and build a talent pipeline. * Post job openings, review resumes, screen candidates and make recommendations to hiring managers. * Conduct interviews and screen candidates for open positions. * Conduct background and reference checks, extend offers, and coordinate onboarding. * Track and report key recruiting metrics including source of hire, time to fill, * Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring manager, business leaders, and HR. * Work closely with Hiring Managers to maximize the effectiveness of recruiting process. * Attend college career fairs to recruit for our sales engineer trainee program. * Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employees. * Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives. * Administrative duties and recordkeeping. * Other duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate
* 4-year degree in business, Human Resources or related field. * At least 3 years of experience recruiting in a corporate environment preferred. * Must understand employment law, AAP and OFCCP requirements. * Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems such as SuccessFactors SAP strongly preferred. * Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor and other job boards. * Experience with recruiting marketing, social media and Boolean logic and other sourcing strategies. * Must possess considerable initiative, outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to learn quickly. * Strong computer skills including advanced skills in Microsoft Office products. * High energy, ability to multi-task and manage competing demands. * Must have strong organization skills and attention to detail. * Excellent oral and written communication skills.
