Summary
Collective Health is looking for an entrepreneurial, engaging, strategic and experienced leader to rapidly scale and lead the Client Success team. At Collective Health, our Client Success team serves as account managers, thought partners, and advocates for our enterprise clients, consultants/brokers, and Members. We are working with innovative clients like eBay, Palantir, and Activision Blizzard, to transform the health insurance system by reimagining the benefits experience for companies and people.
Responsibilities
As the Head of Client Success, you will be responsible for providing the strategic vision and direction for the department responsible for on-boarding, servicing, retaining, growing and renewing clients. Reporting to the SVP of Sales and Client Success , you will be a critical member of the Collective Health leadership team, collaborating across all departments in the company. If you thrive at building client relationships at the most senior level, and have a proven track record of developing high performing teams and growing revenue, we’re excited to meet you!
Ideal Candidate
* 7-10+ years experience in leadership of account management and/or client success teams * Strong knowledge of healthcare, health benefits, self funded business * Skilled at high level negotiations * A bold self-starter motivated by a deep passion to transform the U.S. healthcare system * Dedicated client evangelist who leads by example with a strong ability to deepen and strengthen client relationships * Ability to successfully attract, develop and motivate team members * Adept and insightful thought partner to clients and internal team to drive problem-solving and product innovation * Thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, early-stage environment * Ability to travel approximately 20-30% of time, while growing and managing a team of individuals based in the SF Bay Area and remote locations (primarily Southern California and New York) * BA required, MBA a plus
