Vice President of Account Director

Sandbox Chicago is looking for an experienced VP, Account Director to add to our team. This person needs to be a high level, strategic account management leader supporting existing client needs and new business opportunities. This person will ultimately be responsible and accountable for the “health” of the Sandbox team, our deliverable and client relationships.

• Ability to determine insights that will drive creative and product strategy
• Willingness to look beyond individual responsibilities to recommend, participate, and embrace decisions that are best for Sandbox
• Drive, develop, and own the brand strategy plan
• Mentor and develop team members

• You must have a Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years in agency related experience.
• Working in the healthcare communications space is a plus.
