Summary
Collective Health is looking for an entrepreneurial Manager to help build the Customer Success business unit and shepherd clients through a new healthcare experience. The ideal candidate will forge strong and lasting client relationships by conveying Collective Health’s core values of integrity, trust, and transparency. It will take a professional and empathetic person to clearly understand, communicate and advocate the client needs across the Collective Health organization to impact product development and operational execution. This is a very unique role that requires a command of client and organizational relationships to direct action and ensure success.
Responsibilities
Your subject matter expertise in employee health benefits, client-first mentality and deft ability to navigate complex situations will enable you to be a valuable strategic partner to clients as well as the internal team. You will exceed client expectations from implementation project management, to executing product enhancements and innovations throughout the ongoing account relationship. Success will require a thoughtful, nimble leader to work closely and collaboratively with cross-functional partners in sales, operations, product, and engineering to deliver a delightful customer experience. * Build strong and lasting relationships with clients based on mutual trust and alignment of expectations * Meet all benchmarks integrating the client and product for an on-time delivery * Project manage implementation and help develop and drive implementation and account management workflows and tools to scale * Work closely with the client and product team to identify and resolve all issues * Identify product enhancements, defects and clearly communicate specs to the product team ensuring successful delivery and resolution * Delight clients!
Ideal Candidate
* 4+ years consulting, client management and/ or health benefits experience * Working knowledge of group health plan, employee benefits and/or Human Resources * Demonstrated success building successful customer relationships * Excellent communication skills, business acumen, and strategic problem solving skills * Must be able to handle aggressive deadlines, work cross-functionally and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment * Eager to collaborate proactively with the ability to lead internal and external business partners * MBA or equivalent degree preferred * Deeply committed to the Collective Health mission of improving healthcare
