ClaimTrak is a growing 50 person software company located in Phoenix, AZ. Our software helps Behavioral Health and Human Service groups automate administrative and billing tasks so the providers can focus on helping more people and spend less time behind a computer screen. Our typical customer is a provider, clinic administrator, or business owner who has dedicated themselves to caring for clients in need of behavioral health services.
Summary
You will create user stories based upon customer needs and state-based requirements, and will coordinate cross-functional efforts through design, development, and delivery of those solution.You love to learn, you’re a natural leader and organizer, and ready to take on a challenge. You are resourceful, you are wired to dig into details, you take initiative to ensure your development teams can deliver the best possible product. Your are organized, you dot I’s, cross T’s, and are two steps ahead of your team. You are able to partner with your peers to identify the best solutions and the drive to deliver quality results.
Responsibilities
* Perform business analyst duties including eliciting business requirements, analysis of existing documentation, creating user stories, and supporting the development and delivery of the solution identified * Participate in typical Project Management duties including creating & ensuring proper milestones are reached in the targeted timeline, status reporting, issue resolution * Provide leadership to the ClaimTrak forms development team, including form analysis, design and technical implementation, and overall task management of 2-3 forms designers * Growth opportunity for Product Ownership of Demographics and Forms offerings * Growth opportunity for Scrum Master activities
Ideal Candidate
**Skills and Qualifications** * Strong attention to detail - accuracy and consistency are at the core of all we do, so this is a must * Demonstrates problem solving and multi-tasking skills * Experience in the health care industry * Experience in interacting with technical team including architect, developer, QA * Experience in providng management and mentorship to small team * Apptitude for technical analysis of forms entry design and reporting * Desire and drive to work toward product owner and/or scrum master role **Abilities and Knowledge** * Be organized, ahead of schedule, communicative, and accountable—in short, own your role entirely, while being open to critiques, suggestions, and new ideas * Know your stuff and talk about it confidently, accurately, and honestly * Communicate effectively, openly and honestly * Add to the remarkable experience at ClaimTrak **Education and Experience** **Required** * Two years of Business Analysis experience * Two years of project management experience * Experience in Health Care industry, preferably in EMR software or Provider Services * Experience in leading or managing small team * Experience working in an Agile/scrum environment **Preffered** * Experience working in a startup technology company * Experience with implementing processes, guidelines, and standards
