Responsibilities
- Understand current experiences across various selling models, support with the development and maintenance of a capability plan and roadmap which aligns to the overall strategy, growth and health of digital commerce functions - Work to promote a seamless capability experience, regardless of selling model, interaction or platform - Leverage insight and competitive analysis to make informed decisions on additional enhancements and prioritize accordingly - Demonstrate proper blend of strategic, technical and operational ownership in order to promote a results oriented culture focused on repeatable and reliable solutions with a rapid delivery model - Own and define functional specification, requirements, prototypes and early product versions to ensure ability to meet capability goals and objectives. - Epic/Story/Sprint/Project documentation (i.e. Scope and business requirement gathering and documentation, status reports, issue logs, risk identification and mitigation, development of project schedules/plans). - Influence cross-functional teams in order to ensure dependencies for proposition, product or service delivery are met. - Work in collaboration with partner teams to ensure capability usability and compliance of solutions and experiences developed for both internal and external customers - Support with illustrating, articulating and driving out the capability strategy - Understand true cost of ownership of digital commerce capabilities and monitor, optimize and improve overall health and performance and align/support overall organization KPIs - Actively work to support proper estimation of efforts and understand technical feasibility while supporting financial management needs - Facilitate and lead conversations with development teams, participating in daily stand-up s and supporting SCRUM Master through backlog grooming and story development - Work with other Leads and SMEs across the organization to enable a seamless digital commerce experience - Partner closely with Product Managers and Site Owners through various phases of technology migration and new technology development - Influence cross-functional teams in order to ensure dependencies and priorities are clearly outlined and established - Responsible for staying on trend for new technology development and solutions that pertain to their capability
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience - 4 or more years of relevant work experience - Previous experience working in a digital commerce platforms, supporting new development and day-to-day operational support - Experience working in traditional project methodology as well as product team/agile methodologies - Organizational change leadership and experience influencing and coaching others a strong plus
