Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall project management and completion of professional services projects. Delivery of the projects will be within the constraints of scope, quality, time and costs in order to meet the project objectives and to achieve high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Build and sustain consultative relationships with C-level executives across functional areas within a business. * Identify various budget owners, stakeholders, influencers and ultimate decision makers to successfully position HotSchedules within targeted accounts * Identify new product and services revenue opportunities within existing accounts * Negotiate and execute on delivery of new service offerings * Work with sales to define services portion of our solution proposal * Manages the planning, coordination, and implementation of assigned project, including tracking schedules, resource management across multiple projects both direct and indirect, issues, and tasks * Implements monitoring systems for evaluation purposes, metric tracking and LOB reporting * Devise SOW, initial project plan, monitor the execution of various activities and coordinate any changes * Manage and track resource scheduling and project time utilization for multiple projects simultaneously * Build project and/or customer revenue forecasts and performs monthly invoicing * Perform monthly budget burn-down analysis and margin analysis * Create technical and functional requirements by conducting workshops with customers and internal stakeholders and reviewing system setup for production customers * Track progress and report status internally and to clients throughout the project lifecycle * Identify, analyze, and respond to project risks, as they occur * Lead quality acceptance activities, for each of the project milestones. * Coordinate transition from Professional Services to on-going Support at completion of project * Ensure tasks are constantly updated to reflect actual project status * International travel may be required.
Ideal Candidate
* A minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience including substantial track record of the successful management and delivery of highly complex, customer facing projects and programs is required * The qualified candidate may have experience working within a consulting organization * Strong matrix management skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multi-cultural environment within a (virtual) team * Project Management Expertise * Expertise in Business Analysis is required * Solid understanding of Software Engineering is desirable * Must be a leader who is self-motivated, flexible, enthusiastic and organized * Domain experience in food service or retail industry is desirable * Must have the right to work in the us without visa sponsorship.
