Responsibilities
* Manages and mentors analysts in a variety of disciplines (Web Analytics, Spend Efficiency and Funnel Analytics) * Works closely with the Demand Creation and Channel Conversion teams; packages and presents analytical findings and communicates (both written and verbal) complex concepts * Deep focus on uncovering customer insights that the business can apply as growth drivers * Helps in the development of customer and business models to support decisions * Provides strategic input on key initiatives by using data and analytics to result in data-driven decision-making * Manages several vendor relationships to maximize value of outsourced analytical capabilities * Coordinates with the Marketing Analytics team to develop Leading Indicators based upon deep learning to help decision-makers adjust the business * Develops plans for future business intelligence and data systems needs to support future business needs * Defines and manages research and analysis programs to create data-driven insights about consumer behavior, traffic patterns, conversion funnel, navigation and product selection * Coordinates with marketing team on A/B and MVT-testing activities and identify gaps in data capture * Manages spend efficiency analytics and works closely with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in cost per lead, lifetime value, and customer acquisition costs * Responsible for in-depth modeling of marketing spend initiatives
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, MBA a plus * 6+ years experience in marketing required * 4+ years in web, campaign or media analytics required * 3+ years experience in a people/functional management capacity required; ability to set priorities, train, supervise, motivate and delegate * Proven track record of successfully executing a marketing plan and strategy and exceeding revenue goals * Strong understanding of data analysis and familiarity with statistical analysis and modeling * Experience with A/B tests and data communications
