Summary
Dynamic, results-driven professionals needed to join our expanding marketing team in support of aggressive growth goals. Strategic thought leaders needed for Everyday Banking (Checking and Deposits), Credit Card, and Business Banking. Use your strong business acumen, marketing expertise, and customer focus to create end-to-end marketing strategies including account acquisition, deposit gathering, customer retention, and demand generation for lending, credit card, and ancillary bank products and services. Reporting to the Head of Everyday Banking Product Marketing, these positions will work with key business line stakeholders, internal marketing channel partners, and agencies to develop and implement strategies via multiple channels.
Responsibilities
* Lead a cross functional team to design and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to acquire new customers, increase revenue and retain existing customers * Use analytical skill to develop strategies for new and existing products, balancing value proposition, revenue generation, customer experience, response rates and return on marketing investment * Analyze and interpret backend performance of marketing programs and optimize marketing budget to deliver incremental volume, while achieving NPV positive results * Leverage marketing budget to achieve demand generation goals, while delivering campaigns on time/on budget and while maintaining quality standards/adherence to legal and regulatory guidelines * Partner with marketing channel practice areas including direct channels, digital channels and retail channels to deliver and execute marketing strategies to achieve overall business objectives and revenue goals * Act as key influencer of stakeholders including colleagues from the product team, marketing risk and legal & compliance to obtain buy-in for your marketing programs
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has experience working in a dynamic corporate bank marketing or agency environment in financial services, but other backgrounds will be considered. Excellent communication skills; ability to interact and influence senior decision makers; experience with direct mail, digital, lead generation, and branch based marketing; and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail is critical. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree required * 3-5 years marketing experience, including strategy and analytics * Proven success managing a budget, P&L * Strong analytical skills to obtain data, interpret results, and turn insights into actionable and measurable strategies * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to develop and nurture relationships, influence key stakeholders, and resolve conflicts independently to mutually agreeable solutions * Track record of developing creative solutions and strategies to complex problems * Experience with new product/program launches and development of go-to-market launch plans * Ability to effectively utilize and generate returns on a multi-million dollar marketing budget * Self-starter with strong attention to detail, high sense of urgency and ability to work on multiple projects under pressure and meet deadlines
