Summary
Centro is looking for a detail-oriented self-starter who possesses a strong platform selling background, consultative sales approach, and track record of exceeding revenue targets. The Platform Account Lead will sell Centro’s suite of platform offerings, focusing on Centro DSP, Centro Direct, and Centro Social. Your targets will include agencies and clients of all sizes looking to get better ROI from their working digital media. You will use both in person sales meetings and WebEx style demonstrations, and you will strive to make them the best meeting a customer has all day. You will be the master of 360 degree Raving Fan creation.
Responsibilities
* Acquire new customers; maximizing warm and cold leads. * Manage a territory of customers to onboard new users to our platforms. * Introduce Centro software products to new business via virtual demonstrations and onboard through our proven sales process. * Create memorable demo and meeting experiences for your customers. * Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives to close high value opportunities. * Partner with the Platform Services Sales team to introduce and implement all aspects of the Centro Platform to Centro’s existing customers. * Work with multiple teams within the company such as Marketing, Product, and Business Development to continue to deliver the best experience to our customers. * Work with Centro’s Customer Success Team to ensure client retention and platform execution and implementation. * Provide regular updates to management on pipeline and partnerships through Salesforce.com. * Consistently gather feedback to help grow our sales team, and evolve our product offering. * Be the product expert for both internal and external conversation and communication.
Ideal Candidate
* 3+ years of client facing platform/software sales experience * Bachelor’s degree (or higher) preferred * Deep knowledge the platform landscape * Mastery of Salesforce.com * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Ability to close deals over the phone * Working knowledge of SalesForce.com, RTB platforms/DSP’s, and digital planning/buying methodology * Must have a passion for learning new systems and teaching those systems to others
