Summary
Apply Now We are looking for an outstanding Associate Account Manager to join the Cardlytics Advertiser Team. The Associate Account Manager supports the agency sales team in procurement of new business and manages overall client relationships with agencies. The Associate Account Manager will have experience in program implementation and management, advertising design, relationship management, strategic thinking, project management and reporting processes. Ability to work cross functionally with internal teams, especially sales, is critical. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of client-facing agency experience and demonstrate expertise in critical thinking, and strategic planning, client management, and effective communication skills. Responsibilities
* Operates in both a marketing and business strategy capacity to grow and maintain client relationships. * Build and understand campaign strategy for both Cardlytics Direct and Display advertising products to ensure client objectives are fulfilled. * Manage and facilitate processes for RFP requests, campaign launches, and analytics requests to ensure client needs and deliverables are provided and met on-time. * Track agency spend thresholds to determine access to analytics; Work through requirements for custom insights and analytics projects and ensure deliver meets client’s needs and is on time. * Oversee execution and management of campaigns to ensure program objectives are met. * Design and optimize campaigns, including structure and strategy, to address client goals and maximize execution for the Cardlytics products. * Work in partnership with Sales and Account Management teams to manage pre-sales, projections, client on-boarding process and oversee advertiser relationships * Responsible for keeping all necessary program details, systems and reports routed and updated for all campaigns to external and internal parties. * Develop budget plans and projections with input from pricing, analytics and sales; manage revenue forecasts and client billings. * Work in partnership with Sales and Account Management teams to manage pre-sales, projections, client on-boarding process and oversee advertiser relationships * Demonstrates developing knowledge of all program implementation details for Cardlytics OMS system.
Ideal Candidate
* 2+ years in a client-facing agency role; Integrated (Offline/Online), Social or Display media strategy, planning or buying experience preferred. * Demonstrate a passion for, and understanding of, the digital media environment and technologies (Native advertising, DSPs, Ad exchanges, RTB, media verification, data management, attribution, etc.) * Must be a self-starter with strong work ethic, positive attitude and a high energy level and the ability to thrive in a team environment that values entrepreneurialism and results and work across all departments – sales, product, technology and analytics, finance, etc. * Analytical proficiency and strong mathematical skills - candidate must be a strategic and creative thinker who understands business problems and opportunities and is able to identify, aggregate and synthesize relevant data to inform decisions and show trends. * Possess excellent communications skills and strong attention to detail. * Ability to effectively manage and prioritize projects and assignments – ability to meet deadlines consistently and multi-task is critical. * Must have strong PC skills: Windows, Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and strong mathematical/budget management skills. * BS or BA, required.
