Summary
Campbell Ewald is seeking an Account Supervisor on a core, premier account that is a category leader. Reporting to Account Director, this role would be the day-to-day manager of the client relationship, brand champion, agency facilitator, and trusted partner to both clients and the team. This role will be responsible for bringing strategic rigor to every project, and stewarding Client’s business marketing, social efforts, and regional advertising with marketing acumen and business logic across all elements of the engagement, from scope management and kickoff, to strategic and creative development, to production and delivery.
Responsibilities
**Specific Duties:** * Drive multi-channel program and campaign development, working with multi-disciplinary teams * Be the day-to-day contact for Manager and Director level clients * Author core client communications such as contact reports and Scope of Work documents including timelines, budgets and descriptions of deliverables. * Coordinate team meetings and client presentations * Facilitate the development of project briefs, working with Strategic Planning * Be the organizational center of projects – manage projects, problem solve, and lead flawless execution even when the path to executing deliverables is ambiguous and you are receiving input and direction from multiple stakeholders * Track project budgets and scopes, assessing estimates to actuals, managing Change Order process as needed * Work integrally with other Agency departments and Agency partners to develop effective strategies, briefings and creative and strategic work
Ideal Candidate
* At least five years’ experience in advertising or integrated marketing communications * Experience presenting information, orally and in writing * Experience working with large-scale accounts with complex ecosystems * Experience across diverse categories preferred * Proficient in all fundamental responsibilities of a client liaison – budgeting, billing, timeline management, setting expectations, managing many moving parts * Strong digital experience * A strategic thinker, someone who looks at identifying opportunities and solving problems, not just executing campaigns * A flexible team member, someone who doesn’t always believe in a linear approach * A team driver, someone who is a leader on the team, guiding the account, strategy and creative team members forward towards a shared goal * A relationship-builder, someone who believes that relationships lead to the best solutions and work * A master communicator, someone who is adept at communicating with key clients and colleagues at varying levels * Focus on helping to keep Client and its business one step ahead by (1) providing ongoing strategic thought partnership and (2) helping to create a compelling brand experience for consumers and customers—via innovation, and creative excellence.
