5Loom, a rapidly-growing global integrated agency serving several global Fortune 500 brands, is seeking a dynamic, passionate social marketing Program Director to join our team. Under the general supervision of the Senior Program Director, the Social Marketing Program Director will manage the day-to-day and high-level strategies for campaigns and full-service enterprise social media management for global Fortune 500 brands.

- Develop and concept strategic social marketing plans utilizing our planning approach. - Provide strategic support to new business and service-development activities. - Direct and guide execution of social marketing strategy through campaigns and ongoing social management. - Lead client communications in partnership with expert account directors. - Manage the workflow and responsibilities of cross functional Social Marketing team members including community managers, art directors, designers, copywriters, paid media and analytics experts. - Participate in senior team initiatives including building team training and development programs, supervising team members’ professional growth, developing and executing marketing plans for the agency and developing points of view around emerging trends and topics.

- 7-11 years of social marketing, digital marketing experience - Writing and concepting creative content across social channels - Creative concepting and strategic planning for the development of social campaigns - Leading the development of research methodologies to inform strategic planning activities - Strategic planning and execution of paid social campaigns - Proposal writing - Relationshipping with social influencers - Applying knowledge of emerging trends and technology to programs - Experience in regulated industries (Healthcare, Financial services preferred) - Storytelling through the use of data and research - Agency experience or global Fortune 500 brand experience preferred
