Summary
We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to join the Robinson Fresh Development team. Our team and C.H. In this hybrid SA, QA, BA role, the candidate will work collaboratively with product owners, business stakeholders, and other development and support teams to identify and troubleshoot support issues within our custom enterprise level software, manually test to ensure high quality releases and elicit and define requirements for solutions that meet the needs of our business. You will gain knowledge about the application and business while also meeting other people throughout IT in a collaborative effort to successfully complete the projects.
Responsibilities
* Support and troubleshooting of user problems to determine if the problem is hardware, software, or procedural; resolving problems or escalating problems to appropriate resources if needed and following up to ensure the resolution is to user satisfaction * Verify product quality through coordinated system to system testing in addition to user acceptance testing * Define, gather, and consolidate high level user stories identified during the release planning process in collaboration with the product owner, business stakeholders, and the development team * Maintain visibility to user stories beyond the current and upcoming sprints, being attentive to changing requirements and priorities * Create user stories, identify and capture acceptance criteria, process flows and UI design in order to clearly communicate the needs of the business and direction of the product owner * Work with the product owner to groom the backlog of defined and prioritized user stories as necessary * Contribute to the success of the team through collaboration, connectivity, and the ability to inspect and adapt to changes * Coordinate with others in the organization to plan and execute product deployments * Participate in Release Planning, Sprint Planning, and Daily Stand-Up meetings * Connect with the team to support and foster the Agile development methodology * Review completed development work with the product owner, stakeholders, and users as necessary before release into production * Take pride in ownership and quality
Ideal Candidate
* At least three years of experience in information technology as a Business Analyst, Support Analyst or a Quality Analyst * Strong facilitator; adept at running meetings with end users, coordinating cross-team collaboration sessions, and following up on action items * Proven track record of effectively delivering results in a fast paced environment while managing multiple priorities * Self-starter who is highly organized, enjoys the challenges of multi-tasking, and is able to work with minimal supervision * Team-focused and accountable to commitments made to the business and the team * Demonstrate strong communication, planning, and organizational skills * Convey a passion for problem solving and tackling new opportunities * Demonstrate a positive, determined, and ambitious approach when confronted with business challenges * Experience working in an Agile framework is preferred, e.g. Scrum or Kanban * Ability to write basic SQL queries is helpful * Knowledge and experience of supply chain management and order management systems is beneficial
