Summary
Broadridge is hiring! We are seeking a Sr. Account Executive in our San Diego, CA office. You will be in a revenue producing sales position and support day-to-day account management. You will be responsible for driving revenue and sales growth for a book/list of broker dealers (“BD”) as assigned. You will also obtain BD approval to sell BAS products direct to advisors to increase revenue tied to each BD on the assigned list. Your measurements are based on month over month revenue increase at each BD with growing commission payout as retail sales plan is attained.
Responsibilities
* Drives retail sales via BD home office product approval attainment and promotion of BAS products to individual advisors * Support Retail Sales Reps' function by driving product demand and interest via marketing at the corporate level, through webinars and through BD conference attendance * Identify, attract and retain customers through dedicated contact via phone, BD conferences or in person * Identify enterprise sales opportunities during discussions and properly hand over opportunity to VP Sales and enterprise sales team * Work with Director Retail Sales, VP Sales and VP Corporate Training to craft strategic product marketing for the BD to offer BAS products to their base of financial advisors driving retail sales plan attainment * Attend and participate in BD conferences and/or trade shows as appropriate to generate leads while maintaining positive company image * Lead and evaluate all product discount agreements at each BD * Receive and lead new BD retail relationships as developed by BAS middle market sales team * Support retail product sales through advisor facing education and product sales webinars * Communicate regularly with home offices to drive corporate promotions; schedule webcasts on a variety of topics to remain front and center and top of mind with both home offices and advisors
Ideal Candidate
**Qualifications:** * Experience with Insurance and Financial Broker Dealers a plus * Knowledgeable in all BAS products
