Sales Operations Specialist

LevelUp helps merchants own the shift to mobile by powering mobile-payment optimized loyalty programs, enabling their customers pay for their purchase and accrue/redeem rewards with a single scan or tap. LevelUp's analytics platform helps merchants better understand their customers and deliver the right campaigns to the right customers to drive revenue and increase customer happiness. LevelUp is currently used by over 14,000 merchant locations and 4 million users.

The Sales Operations Specialist will work closely with our Salesforce Analyst and CSO in support of a variety of operational needs including sales acceleration, business intelligence, process design & implementation, training, and reporting & analysis.

* Implement and maintain sales acceleration tools for AEs and BDRs * Optimize the sales rep and manager experience within Salesforce * Conduct new hire training and oversee internal documentation * Manage and continually improve business intelligence integrations * Collaborate with B2B Marketing team to equip reps with top line marketing communications * Own all sales metrics and reporting * Analyze trends and make data-driven recommendations & decisions * Provide administrative support as needed to sales team and management * Evaluate operational processes to identify gaps and inefficiencies * Drive ad hoc sales operations projects * Work closely with CSO and liaise with Client Service, Product, and and Project Management team leads

* 2-4 years experience in Sales Operations or Sales * Experience working with Salesforce * Self starter that can operate independently with general direction and take appropriate action * Organized and can run multiple activities and projects simultaneously * Detail oriented and very structured **Bonus Points** * Experience in direct sales and/or business development * Familiarity with Atlassian/JIRA, Pardot, Xactly and Excel * Experience working in a startup environment
