The Bounce Exchange Sales team is growing fast, and we need you to ensure a flawless transition to continue the ‘get shit done’ mentality. You’ll need to be on top of your game 110% of the time (at least) from the get-go.

* Support the sales team by consistently and constantly being aware of the daily, weekly, and monthly schedules * Excel in a fast-paced environment where you can answer any question at any time * Assist with various tasks that help keep the ball rolling and the day running smoothly * Be a pro (or a quick learner) at using Salesforce to keep information relating to Bounce Exchange’s clients accurate * Embrace the constant inflow of information and efficiently organize as needed

* Amazing organizational skills, allowing you to stay on top of not only your own calendar, but the sales team’s calendars as well * Experience with data entry and booking travel * Know how to prioritize efficiently and meet multiple deadlines * Be the best multi-tasker around; you’ll have a lot on your plate and will need to get it all done in the blink of an eye * Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment; take charge and help out wherever necessary * Stellar written and verbal communication skills
