Responsibilities
**Key Role:** Provide support to the Region 9 Office of Head Start. Perform various information management activities, including data entry, research, data analysis, and records management, designed to improve processes, create efficiencies, and manage high profile grants. Analyze data from numerous databases and Web-based systems, develop reports, and write analytical summaries of data for executive level clients. Create complex reports using Microsoft Office. Perform fiscal analysis of federal financial reports. Participate in and function as recorder in ongoing collaborative meetings with federal counterparts, Head Start-related organizations, and grantees by providing meeting logistical support. This position is located in San Francisco, CA.
Ideal Candidate
**Qualifications** **Basic Qualifications:** - 1+ years of experience with work in an office environment - 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint - 1+ years of experience with research and data analyses - 1+ years of experience with creating presentations based on report summaries - Ability to obtain a security clearance-BA or BS degree **Additional Qualifications:** - 1+ years of experience with federal grants management or a related area - BA or BS degree in business or a related field
