Summary
Leidos has a job opportunity for an Administrative Support/Records Management Specialist to support the Residential Energy Efficiency Programs. This position will be located in Peoria, IL. The successful candidate will support the Residential Deputy Program Manger by providing support and assistance in the data entry, identification, control production, distribution, archiving, scanning, storage and retrieval of all deliverable data.
Responsibilities
* The primary responsibilities of the Administrative Support/Records Management include meeting and administrative support, data entry, cataloging data, providing customer assistance in locating specific data; technical/reference support; and appropriately classifying records, documents, and other information media. * All records management procedures must meet applicable requirements as set forth by the customer/organization. * Coordinate with subcontractors to collect applications and data entry into CRM/project tracking system * Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents * Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry * Update project data at each milestone of the process * Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities * Apply data program techniques and procedures * Keep information confidential
Ideal Candidate
* HS and 0-1 years of experience * Proven data entry working experience * Familiarity with MS Office * Trustworthy with an eye for detail
