Marketing and Sales Coordinator

• The primary purpose of this job position is to plan, direct, supervise and coordinate the marketing activities of the Residential Care Division of Continuing Care Services (CCS) in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines, and all applicable regulations. In addition, this position will oversee and coordinate the volunteer activities, Adult Day Center, and Greeter program.
• This responsibility will include developing a marketing plan and coordination of sales.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Management, or four years in a related position.
• 2+ years Sales experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Must demonstrate excellent literacy and writing abilities, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in impromptu situations.
• Must be able to interact well with individuals who are ill, disabled, elderly, and/or displaying emotional or mental stress.
• Must be computer literate and able to operate a variety of software programs
• Must demonstrate time management and prioritization skills.
• Must be willing to travel.
• Performance Driven.
