Responsibilities
  • Provide email-only support
  • Answer questions regarding product capabilities
  • Recommend migration steps depending on the situation
  • Identify and resolve authentication issues
  • Analyze and diagnose migration performance issues
  • Implement diagnostics and troubleshooting tools
Ideal Candidate
  • Energetic personality

  • 0 to 5 years of relevant experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's in science or engineering preferred

  • Excellent written English skills

  • Deep troubleshooting skills (e.g.: packet sniffing, debugging, etc.)

  • Ability to script (ex: PowerShell, Perl, etc.)

  • Understanding of networking / email protocols (e.g.: RFCs, SMTP, SPF, IMAP, DNS)

  • Experience using / promoting complex software technology solutions

  • Passion for providing great customer experience

Ideal:

  • Experience working in a startup environment

  • Email technology expertise (e.g.: email routing, email migration, anti-spam, etc.)

  • Track record of troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues

  • Experience implementing troubleshooting or debugging tools
