Bachelor's or Master's in science or engineering preferred

Excellent written English skills

Deep troubleshooting skills (e.g.: packet sniffing, debugging, etc.)

Ability to script (ex: PowerShell, Perl, etc.)

Understanding of networking / email protocols (e.g.: RFCs, SMTP, SPF, IMAP, DNS)

Experience using / promoting complex software technology solutions

Passion for providing great customer experience
