Summary
The CRM Marketing Associate is an integral role at Birchbox, driving the creation of our monthly campaigns across all of our CRM channels. This role is responsible for continuous application of learnings and sharing of knowledge across our marketing teams. In addition, this role produces all of our campaigns, ensuring the best possible experience for our customer.
Responsibilities
Produce CRM monthly campaigns and trigger development and execution across women, men and store, and across channels. This will include: * Helping to manage our campaign calendar and execution, including development of new campaigns through collaboration with Brand, Creative, and Copy teams * Executing on the campaign from helping concept, to creative brief, copy and design, email coding, push production, QA, segmentation, sending, and analysis for all marketing campaigns and automated triggered emails * Designing and executing A/B tests to constantly tweak and improve our campaigns, optimizing for key traffic and revenue metric across all channels * Defining key metrics, set targets for them, and track performance—plus craft insights from this analysis and share with the extended team weekly * Conducting analyses that inform our campaign and trigger strategies; everything from customer segmentation, identifying top customers, reducing unsubscribes, and activating dormant customers * Working with our retail stores (Soho and Georgetown) on opportunities to better engage within our local markets
Ideal Candidate
* 4 year degree (preferably in marketing) * Experience with HTML and CSS * Basic SQL knowledge * Experience with Dreamweaver and Photoshop * ESP (Email Service Provider) experience (Sail Thru big plus) * Project Management experience (preferably with tools like Asana) * High attention to detail and is process driven * A love for quality assurance * A "get it done" attitude
