Summary
The Marketing Automation Specialist will serve as the first point of contact for email, newsletter, and registration form requests, and coordinate the intake processing, and fulfillment of requests and projects.
Responsibilities
* Monitor emails and ticketing queue, flagging, and routing requests to appropriate staff and coordinating with colleagues to complete requests * Work with other departments to gather requirements (copy, visual collateral, segmentation requirements, etc) * Ensure emails and newsletters follow branding standards, are error-free, and strengthen Bluewolf’s branding proposition among key target audiences internally and externally * Fulfill email, newsletter, and announcement requests within department established turnaround times * Provide daily support of email sends and campaign launches, including updating, quality assurance, and approving of all campaign assets. * Help team members optimize their outreach to relevant target groups by establishing best practices in marketing automation, email marketing, and email production * Maintaining and updating best practices, processes and database, gathering quantitative feedback from global team * Assist in research of innovative ancillary technology to optimize user experience and function of marketing automation platform * Obtain Salesforce certification by role upon hire
Ideal Candidate
* 2+ years of relevant working experience, email marketing and mobile design experience is required * Demonstrate knowledge of in HTML/HTML5, and CSS coding best practices for web and emails; knowledge of email marketing systems * Strong writing and copy editing ability and experience developing written content for optimized emails * Proficiency with industry standard design tools including Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver) * Must be able to scope work, set project deadlines and maintain a high volume of work * Basic understanding of multivariate testing * Demonstrated knowledge of online accessibility and usability standards * Database architecture understanding is a huge plus
