Summary
We are currently looking for a Product Manager focused on Optimization to join our dynamic team in Oakland. As the Product Optimization Manager, you will be responsible for improving and managing several KPIs across our portfolio of hit games. You will be responsible for ideating, testing, implementing and refining product solutions that boost game retention and conversion amongst other metrics. You will find inspiration by reviewing and analyzing the competitive landscape and by gathering and prioritizing product and customer feedback. You will work closely with peers throughout the product development process, implementing a winning solution in close collaboration with engineering, art and marketing. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, an attention to detail, a deep affinity for data and an intense customer focus.
Responsibilities
* Manage day to day implementation of KPI optimization initiatives, this includes brainstorming, proposing and setting up A/B tests as well as Ad hoc analysis as needed. * Conduct feature deep-dives on competitive products * Define, scope and prioritize requirements for development teams * Manage communication with stakeholders regarding product goals and progress against those goals * Own metric deliverables and back up analysis around initiatives. * Track features post launch and report back on business KPIs
Ideal Candidate
* BA/BS required, MBA preferred * Experience as Product Manager, Analyst or Researcher (1+ years) * Experience working on cross platform products (iOS, Android and Web) * Proven experience in data analysis and analytical decision-making. * Ability to think both strategically and tactically * Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results * Ability to manage requirements for multiple projects– work prioritization, planning and task delegation and work with peers in cross-functional setting
