Responsibilities
  • Our client, Private Equity firm is looking for a Private Equity Operations Administrator to join their team! Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: data management and coordination (significant data entry and validation involved); train new hires on deal systems and Salesforce; monitor deal processes and coordinate with investment teams to collect data and documents; support General Management Private Equity team; create and maintain reports; prepare presentations and update them on a monthly/quarterly basis; and prepare quarterly financial analyses.
Ideal Candidate
  • The ideal candidate will have: at least one to two years of prior experience is preferred Major in Accounting, Finance, Marketing or Economics with a 3.2 GPA or higher.
  • Detail orientation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Financial services experience preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); and Sales force or Cognos experience a plus.
