Senior Manager, Finance

Reporting to the Director, this position is responsible for providing financial support and developing financial plans to guide Disney/ABC’s motion picture and television in-home distribution division

* Manage the preparation and analysis of the Annual Operating Plan, Five Year Plan, and quarterly forecasts including the accompanying senior management presentations * Consolidate and analyze performance across all North American distribution channels (retail, digital, television licensing) * Conduct research and analysis to report on trends in the entertainment industry * Present effectively to senior management * Perform deal analysis to support business decisions * Lead process improvement initiatives to create a best in class finance department * Ensure the Finance Department is aligned with the objectives set forth by senior management and is operating as efficiently and effectively as possible * Flexible approach to shifting priorities on multiple assignments * Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

**Basic Qualifications** * Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting or financial services * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills including modeling and advanced functions * Experience using ERP and business intelligence solutions (e.g. Cognos, SAP, Hyperion) **Required Education** * BA/BS **Preferred Education** * MBA and/or CPA, preferred
