Summary
As AppsFlyer grows in the US and throughout the world, we’re looking for a passionate marketer who's a jack of all trades. Your responsibilities as the Head of Marketing, North America, will include creating and leading the local marketing team, both on the Brand and Performance levels. You will be the one who drives the expansion of our business and positions AppsFlyer as the market leader for Mobile Attribution & Marketing Analytics. You are a passionate marketing leader and entrepreneur at heart, who can create a local marketing hit while keeping our global mission, vision and values. You know how to really build the local mission control for this global rocketship from the ground up.
Responsibilities
* Develop and evangelize a vision for the overall marketing mission in North America, on a performance and a brand marketing level * Create and execute marketing plans to drive the business goals of the US and Canada, leveraging strategies and tactics across all necessary functions, including Global Marketing Teams, Customer Success, Sales and Product. * Lead various functions against your local plan and collaborate cross-functionally to hit the plan’s goals * Drive marketing effectiveness to ensure the greatest ROI on both team efforts and financial spend, while managing annual budget projections and expenses * Work with the global marketing team on local PR, events and communication initiatives * Understand the market trends and always keep up-to-date with the latest news and developments impacting our industry * Attract talent to recruit, manage and develop a high caliber team
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s degree with a track record of academic excellence * 5+ years of B2B marketing experience * A jack of all trades - a thorough leader, mentor, and a damn good executer! * Strategic thinker and a tactical warrior * Experience building and executing B2B marketing plans both on the performance and brand level * A bottom-up doer, rather than a top-down thinker * Highly customer-focused and oriented * A self-starter that brings an opinion to the table * Strong analytical skills and effective 'growth hacker' capabilities * Exceptional writing, communication and presentation skills * Perfect organizational, project management, and time management skills * Demonstrated track record of establishing marketing programs that drive awareness and build strong relationships and ultimately business retention and growth * Must be able to travel 25% * MBA in Marketing, Advertising or Communications * 3+ years of running marketing programs in a B2B startup environment * Leading SaaS marketing team - a significant advantage * Experience in the mobile, digital marketing and/or advertising space. * Being introduced by an AppsFlyer team member - significant advantage
