Summary
This is an opportunity to put your stamp in a highly visible and growing division of one of the largest and strongest diversified insurance and financial services organizations in the U.S. The organization is seeking a Marketing Director for the Private Client business unit in Scottsdale, Arizona. This group offers products designed specifically to address the needs of the affluent market and include coverage for home, auto, collections, personal excess liability, secondary residences and additional exposures. If you possess a strong background in high-net-worth/affluent target markets with deep expertise in brand strategy, advertising, promotions, media (including social media), digital marketing, creative strategy, and sales development and operations this opportunity could be for you.
Responsibilities
* Develops and executes the marketing plan for High Net Worth(HNW) Business unit. * Management of HNW brand, ensuring all communications and efforts are in line with the marketing plan, brand management, and business objectives * Strengthens market segments through development of campaigns, tools, and solutions. * Oversees day-to-day management of all marketing resources that are dedicated to the Private Client business as well as identified marketing initiatives, campaigns, and programs . * Provides marketing support and tools for initiatives, including marketing communication plans, positioning strategies, initiation of market research requests, collateral, design, event support, and sponsorship activation. * Provides guidance in partnership with Marketing Services, Market Research, Insights & Analytics, Sales and Product teams
Ideal Candidate
* 10 or more years of demonstrated experience in advertising and marketing in a corporate marketing environment or an advertising/marketing agency. * Experience working in the high-net-worth, affluent, and B2B (business to business) markets mandatory. * Strong knowledge of the principles of brand development, B2B brand marketing, marketing campaign development and effective execution, and sales development and operational strategies. * Detailed knowledge of current practices in managing print and digital marketing campaigns. * Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis and sales.
