Sales Representative

We are seeking a passionate and experienced sales professional to find opportunities and close deals from the startup to enterprise level. You will partner with high-growth tech teams to provide them with access to Andela’s extensive network of top African software engineers.

* Work directly with clients to understand their product, business, and staffing needs * Develop trust to close deals and place top African talent on high-growth tech teams * Integrate engineers onto clients’ teams, and nurture upsell placement opportunities * Systematically build and grow a client pipeline in various verticals and territories * Travel domestically to clients’ offices, and to our bootcamps in Lagos and Nairobi * Embark on a mission to change the entrenched and homogeneous tech industry

* You have 5+ years of experience in new business hunting positions * You have previously sold technical or complex products/services, and/or SaaS * Your sales methodology is driven by data, and you’re continually seeking to improve it * You are passionate about bringing Andela’s groundbreaking model to scale for clients * You’ve grown a book of business for an enterprise sales cycle longer than 30 days * You understand clients’ talent and business needs—no need to know how to code!
