Summary
* Deliver sales results and customer success above committed expectations. * Execute on sales plan. * Help to identify targets by assigned markets and refine positioning. * Respond promptly to all opportunities to progress them through the sales cycle. * Develop and progress a funnel; accurately manage and report on your pipeline.
Responsibilities
* Manage selling process for your own prospects and pipeline based on our sales model. * Work with prospects and customers to understand how they procure authentication services, who gets involved and when and how they would evaluate and select a vendor. * Manage your own funnel of opportunities to progress them through the sales cycle and provide accurate reporting and forecasting based on results at each stage. * Provide feedback on qualifying criteria and sales assets to help identify ways to reduce required resources during drive sales cycles. * Assist marketing to create sales assets such as blogs, presentations, webinars, references, case studies etc. * As a customer advocate, remain engaged through customer success, referencability, upsell and cross sell. * Support sales programs as required to drive pipeline and sales.
Ideal Candidate
* 5+ years of selling experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or web services. * Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota. * Success selling to leading customers that trust and respect you. * Comfortable selling to developers and technical buyers within online services and enterprises. * A degree or equivalent experience. * Hands on, high energy, passionate, know how to get things done. * Awesome communicator and presenter. **Bonus points:** * Early stage startup experience. * Authentication, Identity Management, Mobile or Cloud Security experience.
