Summary
As a member of TubeMogul's Brand Consulting team, Director of Customer Solutions will partner with Enterprise New business sales to help package, consult with, and support the strategic sales of TubeMogul's enterprise software into Fortune 500 Brand executives and marketing teams. TubeMogul is looking for a leader to develop the Brand Consulting function and team of 3 in the US which supports the US Enterprise Sales team to drive and activate new business. The responsibilities will include advanced technical customer selling into new business customers, developing analytical customer ROI models, crafting solutions and activation plans for clients, and driving the technical RFI and custom solution and product integration requirements for our strategic brand prospects. The Director will work in collaboration with the Enterprise Sales Management and sales team on executive level solution pitches and customer software solution development. This role reports to the SVP of Special Operations and will work collaboratively with Enterprise Sales leadership team across US regions. The Head of Brand Solution Consulting will initially support the enterprise sales team as he or she builds out the Brand Solutions Consulting team.
Responsibilities
* Help ideate with Enterprise Sales team on how to creatively build or position the TubeMogul enterprise software solution to deliver business results for our strategic Brand prospects. * Support Enterprise sales with the crafting of strategic customer solution and deal plan and participate on deal to to drive and win business. * Translate the application of the TubeMogul technology to solve category and customer specific business problems * Creatively build custom solutions and ROI models for our strategic brand customers to show the pay off of using TubeMogul's software * Drive technical RFI responses in competitive vendor bid process. * Develop and implement best practices by formalizing and presenting POVs and thought pieces used for internal and client training * Assist in the introduction and launching of new products across existing and new business sales teams and client accounts * Ideate and guide the initial implementation of sophisticated measurement and testing strategies * Develop and present case studies internally and publicly; may involve editorial authorship and public speaking opportunities
Ideal Candidate
* MBA and prior consulting experience preferred * Technical skills a must * 7 -10 years experience in digital media * Experience with software-based media technologies * An entrepreneurial mindset and drive * A passion for creativity and problem solving * Strong analytical skills * Dazzling communication skills -- written, oral, presentations * Strong power point skills * Ability to navigate cross-functionally
