Summary
The Business and Compliance Analytics/Reporting lead will lead and perform analytics to help drive marketing and sales strategy related to salesforce speakers, consultants, speaker programs and lunch and learns. The individual in role will perform analytics to identify and create recommendations that increase productivity, increase efficiencies and improve compliance to related to pharma guidelines.
Responsibilities
* Structure complex analyses to address strategic questions, generate business focused, actionable recommendations by synthesizing relevant analyses, and secure management action through influential communication. Develop tracking reports that monitor performance. Build analytics & KPI measurements. * Ensure data integrity for databases for both business and government reporting. * Responsible for the development of promotional spend recommendations related to speakers, speaker programs and lunch and learns. * Support ad-hoc requests from cross-functional teams, legal, compliance, brands and senior leaders to enable decision making. * Database design and development in support of various initiatives.
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor's Degree in Quantitative Disciple (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Operations Research). * 5-7 years of pharmaceutical industry experience. * 3-5 years of progressive analytical experience, database design and management & report development. * Excellent interpersonal, consulting, and relationship management skills. * Proficient in data querying / statistical analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Toad, SAS, COGNOS, MS Access, Business Objects, MS Excel, etc.). * Proficient in database development and management.
