- Respond to phone inquiries from agents and insurers
- Quickly and efficiently access needed information to help resolve any issues
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- 1 year customer service experience
- Ability to sustain focus and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Organizational ability and attention to detail
- Ability to navigate a computer and phone system
