• Respond to phone inquiries from agents and insurers
• Quickly and efficiently access needed information to help resolve any issues

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• 1 year customer service experience
• Ability to sustain focus and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Organizational ability and attention to detail
• Ability to navigate a computer and phone system
