Summary
The Senior Marketing Analyst position is responsible for supporting key initiatives to increase number of co-brand credit cardholders, overall charge volume and customer loyalty while maximizing Amtrak’s profitability for co-branded products.
Responsibilities
**Summary Of Duties:** * This position will manage the co-brand credit card partner strategy and manage the day to day financial partner relationships with internal stakeholders, our agency partners and our financial partners. * The Senior Marketing Analyst is responsible for maintaining and continually optimizing the co-brand credit card partnership and will be accountable for co-brand credit card revenue and related partnership effectiveness KPIs. * This position will also create and manage other Amtrak Guest Rewards loyalty partnerships. This includes setting the partnership strategy and managing the day to day partner relationships with internal stakeholders, our agency partners and our loyalty partners. **Essential Functions:** - In collaboration with Director, Loyalty Partnerships and agency partner resources, this position will develop and execute Amtrak’s co-brand credit card partnership strategy for driving cardholder growth, engagement and spend. - Act as liaison between financial partners and internal stakeholders to identify and launch acquisition and increase spend initiatives. - This position will be responsible for the co-brand credit card annual marketing plan development and coordination of promotional activities to differentiate Amtrak in the loyalty credit card space, including structured promotions and tactical initiatives. - Analyze co-brand credit card results and leverage data insights to optimize campaigns and provide recommendations to revise plans, if necessary, to ensure goals are met. - Leverage Amtrak and co-brand credit card partner distribution channels to maximize customer acquisition and engagement opportunities. - This position will be responsible for marketing plan development and coordination of promotional activities with our Amtrak Guest Rewards loyalty partnerships. - Review the loyalty partnerships performance on a regular basis and make appropriate adjustments in activities and expenses throughout the year to maximize financial results. - In collaboration with the Director, Loyalty Partnerships, oversee the co-brand and loyalty partnerships invoicing and budget.
Ideal Candidate
**Work Experience:** - Demonstrated experience in a marketing program/loyalty program management role. - Proven strategic thinker, problem solver and consensus builder. - Results driven and proven ability to manage many different projects at once. - Experience in partnership development and/or partnership marketing. - Experience in co-branded credit card strategy. - Demonstrated skills in project management and directing outsource agency personnel. - Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. **Preferred Work Experience:** - Loyalty Program (airline, hotel, retail or credit card) management **Preferred Education:** - MBA **Communication And Interpersonal Skills:** - Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
