The Learning & Organization Development, Sr. Manager will design, develop and implement enterprise-wide leadership, management and staff development curriculum as well as Organization Development interventions, tools and approach.
- Conducts performance analysis to identify learning / OD priorities for learning business plan. Leads and builds the most appropriate learning / OD solution to meet business needs. Coaches and mentors staff.
- Lead and build a world-class comprehensive enterprise-wide learning curriculum / OD interventions. Ensure learning curriculum / OD interventions are current and cutting edge through external benchmarking / identification of best practices. Create and maintain alignment of curriculum / OD interventions to Amgen Mission / Values, strategy, business needs, enterprise competency models, talent management strategy and functional learning organization curriculum. Facilitates and conducts Train the Trainer.
Basic Qualifications:
- Doctorate degree & 2 years (combination) of Training/instructional design and sales/marketing experience or
- Master’s degree & 4 years (combination) of Training/instructional design and sales/marketing experience or
- Bachelor’s degree or & 6 years (combination) of Training/instructional design and sales/marketing experience or
- Associate’s degree & 10 years (combination) of Training/instructional design and sales/marketing experience or
- High school diploma / GED & 12 years (combination) of Training/instructional design and sales/marketing experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Adult Learning Theory and Instructional Design Knowledge/Background
- Leadership & Management Development Knowledge/Experience/ Business Acumen Coaching
- Certifications and qualifications in psychometric instrument and feedback.
- Certification in behavioral styles – MBTI, DISC, Team Management Profile
- Experience in Executive facilitation
