Summary
This position within Amgen Talent Acquisition is responsible for managing all staffing activities for key functional groups, leading key staffing projects and initiatives, leading the development of global talent branding and recruitment marketing initiatives and materials, managing key vendors and developing/ utilizing staffing metrics to drive continuous improvement across all functional groups.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: providing talent acquisition functional leadership, developing and delivering recruitment marketing strategies and initiatives, creating and maintaining project plans and timelines, identifying and resolving issues, developing and delivering key global staffing metrics and developing and delivering status reports to leadership.
Ideal Candidate
**Basic Qualifications:** * Doctorate degree or * Master’s degree & 2 years of Human Resources experience or * Bachelor’s degree & 4 years of Human Resources experience or * Associate’s degree & 10 years of Human Resources experience or * High school diploma / GED & 12 years of Human Resources experience **Preferred Qualifications:** * Master’s degree * Demonstrated comfort with ambiguity and organizational change * Strong knowledge of breadth of HR roles, both COE and HRBP * Demonstrated staffing and project management skills, including ability to manage diverse cross-functional teams * Strong written/oral communication and presentation skills * Ability to understand, balance, and articulate both tactical and strategic planning issues * Strong quantitative, analytical (technical and business), and problem solving skills * Persistent, tactful, and persuasive team and project leadership, including conflict resolution and negotiation skills * Ability to prioritize across multiple projects and handle diverse assignments simultaneously
