Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the continued launch of Corlanor for Heart Failure. The senior product manager will be responsible for development and execution of regional marketing initiatives for key pilots that will be critical to the continued success of Corlanor, as well as work on essential marketing activities to support the brand. Given the dynamics of the Heart Failure market, there are opportunities for potential uptake in concentrated markets, either geographically, or defined by specific market attributes. As such, one of the most important areas of focus for the team is to develop and implement novel pilot initiatives with the Sales and Organized Customers teams. This will be an exciting project that involves developing and refining the pilot initiatives, creating an implementation plan, and then executing with the Sales and OCT teams at a regional and local level. This project has the potential to significantly improve the immediate and long-term performance trajectory of Corlanor moving forward and ensure we can serve as many appropriate patients as possible. The senior product manager will also be responsible for working with cross-functional team members to develop and execute key aspects of the U.S. multi-channel marketing tactics and programs focused primarily on HCP. The role will be responsible for the development, implementation, management, and analysis (including measurement and reporting) of eMarketing plans entailing a variety of potential digital advertising and promotional programs for Healthcare professionals. These programs include (but are not limited to): websites, online search activity (both paid and organic), display, online videos, and eCRM programs.
Responsibilities
* This role will help develop and execute the pilot initiatives that are focused on key opportunities and geographies, institutions and/or specialties (i.e. NP/PA). * As part of this role, the senior product manager will work with various levels on the brand team including the Strategy Planner and the Executive Director Brand lead, and very closely with the Sales Team and OCT team in Value and Access on developing and implementing these pilot initiatives. * The senior product manager will also work with Legal/Reg/Medical team to develop and finalize tools needed for the implementation of the pilots, as well with vendor partners as needed. * The senior product manager will also be responsible for analyzing the data and performance around these pilot initiatives in terms of effectiveness and make recommendations on continuing/discontinuing. * Partner closely with HCP Promo and HCP Education teams to help develop multi-channel marketing (MCM) brand strategy. * Establish digital programs to meet brand objectives and stimulate appropriate demand for Corlanor. * Develop and employ investment models, measurement plans and tracking systems to assess MCM program potential, success and optimization. * Manage budgets and closely monitor performance, ensuring cost-effective delivery of all programs.
Ideal Candidate
**Basic Qualifications** * Doctorate degree OR Master’s degree & 2 years of Marketing or Sales Management/Field Coordination experience * OR Bachelor’s degree & 4 years of Marketing or Sales Management /Field Coordination experience * OR Associate’s degree & 10 years of Marketing or Sales Management/Field Coordination experience * OR High school diploma / GED & 12 years of Marketing or Sales Management/Field Coordination experience **Preferred Qualifications** * Proven track record of coordinating with the Sales Field team on complex projects, initiatives, or training; ability to work effectively with the Sales Field team as well as Home office partners, including Marketing, Value and Access, Legal, and Regulatory * Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, while showing attention to detail and follow-through to completion. * Ability to develop strategies and implement plans to deliver tangible results that move the business forward * Familiarity and strong ability to work and analyze IMS Xponent prescription data
