Summary
Amazon is seeking creative, goal-oriented and highly entrepreneurial people to join our exciting and fast-paced team. Audio and Accessories is overhauling its site experience and looking for a talented marketer to help lead the charge. In this role, you will learn about our customers and develop a customer experience strategy to meet their needs. You will also be responsible for developing marketing plans for key brands, building traffic plans for top channels, and leading cross functional teams in execution.
Responsibilities
* Optimize the on-site customer experience in the assigned category and innovate on ways we can better serve our customers. * Partner with Marketing Leadership to drive aspects of a holistic go-to-market strategy for the Audio & Accessories Category. * Work with manufacturers to develop and sell brand marketing plans. * Partner with merchandising teams to develop creative positioning for online assets. * Work closely with other cross functional teams to bring new initiatives to market. * Plan, coordinate, and execute email campaigns and merchandising initiatives, testing and measuring different approaches to messaging, presentation, and targeting those which drive the best results and response. * Review and update category site content that may be part of various category pages, brand stores, and boutiques.
Ideal Candidate
**Basic Qualifications** * Bachelor's Degree from 4-year university * 3+ years of experience in marketing and e-commerce merchandising with executing highly visible online customer experiences * Demonstrated experience using analytical tools to measure performance, determine improvements and innovations, and make adjustments accordingly * Experience leading cross-functional projects * Experience communicating and presenting to various roles within an organization * Advanced Excel skills * Aptitude for being organized with flexibility to deliver results in a fast-paced environment **Preferred Qualifications** * Ability to deal with ambiguous problems and build solutions with proper project management * Ability to influence multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional projects * Superior communication and analytical skills, including strong ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems * High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously * Launch management and cross-functional alignment and integration
