Summary
We’re looking for a world-class individual to join us as a Customer Insights Manager. This role will own everything marketing analytics at OV. The day-to-day will range from customer insights, channel level strategies, reporting on key initiatives, owning marketing attribution, conducting brand and market research, and helping drive new initiatives and tests both online and offline.
Responsibilities
* Customer Insights: As the internal expert on our customers, you'll lead reporting and analysis on customer behavior and trends at a macro and channel detail level. * Marketing Channel Strategies: To help drive decision making and performance, you'll work across all marketing channels to help us understand what's working and what's not. * Reporting: You'll provide insights through weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting as well as on key marketing and brand initiatives. * Marketing Attribution: Develop and test into a marketing attribution model for OV. * Help drive customer and channel initiatives and tests both online and offline. * Participate in brand marketing and company-wide strategic planning initiatives and advance company thinking around the long-term role of marketing in OV's growth. * Marketing Data Ecosystem. You’ll manage, evaluate and help drive decision making as we evaluate new tools and systems to drive growth and performance marketing insights.
Ideal Candidate
* High degree of intellectual curiosity and a passion to stay on top of the latest marketing trends & channels. * Genuine interest in how brands target, acquire, and retain new customers online and offline. * Strategic thinking -- a vision for how we can scale the OV brand and the role that acquisition and retention marketing plays in that effort. * Analytical horsepower -- you have prior experience analyzing results and applying learnings that helped build a consumer brand. * Excellent excel skills. Bonus points if you have SQL experience. * A team player who can also go it alone at times. * Good project management skills and the ability to stay cool in fast-paced and ambiguous situations. * Attention to detail. * A "get it done" no task too small attitude. * Intellectual honesty. You are just as likely to admit when your idea didn't work as when it did. * Creative, yet strategic approaches to problem solving. * An innovator who is entrepreneurial in spirit. * Bachelor's degree in (but not limited to) Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field with 2-4+ years experience in consulting, an Ecommerce business, or relevant brand experience
