- Assist with processes and all aspects of customers sales ordering, invoicing and questions.
- Customer account management including; sales orders, prepays, invoicing, troubleshooting and reports requested.
- Performs administrative duties including; data entry, mail, answer telephones, radio communication, customer files, reports and office correspondence.
- Receive in inventory, keep accurate inventory and costs.
- Provide administrative support to Location Manager and Sales Staff.
- Handles accounts receivable and payables.
- Manage all new hire/rehire paperwork.
- Maintains Restricted Use Pesticide Sales Reports and RUP customer files.
- Follow all Crop Production Services Safety Rules.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain positive communication with Manager, branch employees and customer at all times
- Present professional image to our customer through personal appearance and overall branch cleanliness.
- Other Duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred with agricultural background.
- Proficient with computers utilizing Microsoft Windows and Office.
- Proficient math skills in weights and measures, dry and liquid.
- Willing to work extended hours during peak season. 5-6 days per week and 10-12 hour days.
- Ability to travel to other locations, meetings and training.
