Summary
We are searching for a receptionist who will be positioned in the flagship location of a high profile Silicon Valley organization. This individual must be a highly polished individual with an exceptional ability to be intuitive and calm in a high pressure environment.
Responsibilities
* Ability to greet and support the needs of C level executives throughout the day * Enthusiastic, quick learner with the ability to MULTITASK and prioritize while keeping a calm composure * Handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature. * Organizes and maintains file system, and files correspondence and other records. * May respond to inquiries about company products using a standard script and procedures. * Greets scheduled visitors and guides to appropriate area or person. * Arranges and coordinates travel schedules and reservations and coordinates related arrangements. * Arranges conference calls * May collect and prepares information for use in discussion/meetings of executive staff and outside individuals. * Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities and records and transcribes minutes of meetings. * Makes copies of correspondence or other printed materials. May also maintain key distribution and contact lists. * Functions as liaison between managers, leads, core and contract associates on various issues including communication of policies, practices and procedures related to organization and site operations. * Prepares reports and presentations as required. May prepare material for management meetings. * Prepares reports and presentations for weekly site meetings. Provides monthly and quarterly results to management and corporate. * May verify third party invoices against services/products supplied including contract agencies. Keeps track of all expenses and assists in conducting reconciliation and preparing reports on activity costs. * May make high-level contacts of a sensitive nature inside and outside the company with customers, vendors, visitors & other dignitaries * May assist in the planning and execution of logistics for company meetings, special events, and other promotional events * May assists in food and beverage selection as well as makes arrangements for audio-visual, transportation and other services. * Operates a personal computer and uses appropriate software packages and needed. Ideal Candidate
**Previous Experience Required:** (include experience required with specific software applications, equipment, or specific certifications and education requirements such as MSME, MSEE, APICS, etc). **Required Basic Qualifications (must have skills):** Computer skills, Powerpoint, Word, ability to present oneself eloquently in a public speaking environment, and write a professional letter **Preffed Qualifications (nice to have skills):** Condeco Software **Education or Training:** College degree / EA position
Compensation and Working Conditions
Hourly Pay $15 - $18
