Summary
We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support team member, who will be responsible for supporting the San Francisco IT Client Services team as well as supporting the site. This position is based in San Francisco. The ideal candidate will work closely with multiple teams and have the ability to project confidence and calmness while working in critical environments. The candidate must have excellent communication and multi-tasking skills, be outgoing and enjoy working in a team environment and independently as required.
Responsibilities
* Must have strong technical and interpersonal skills * Comfortable interacting with all end users including executive level management * Ability to prioritize daily tasks and plan ahead * Strong PC and VERY strong Mac knowledge * Excellent troubleshooting skills * Must be organized and have strong communication skills (written and verbal) * Flexibility in work schedule to map to business requirements, including occasional on call * The ability to demonstrate and teach new technical procedures * Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize conflicting demands
Ideal Candidate
* 3-5 years of corporate IT experience * A bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience * Windows Office product suite * Mac & Windows OS * iOS and Android OS * Windows Server * Active Directory * TCP/IP networking **Making our technology accessible to all** We believe everyone should have equal access to technology and its benefits.
