Data Science Solutions Consultant

At 3D Results, Data Science Solution Consultants are by name those consultative; organization development and technology-focused specialists who are dedicated to helping clients achieve their business goals through 3D Results products and services. They have extensive experience analyzing client requirements then turning those requirements into actionable organization development and technology solutions that are designed to maximize impact to the client business. Working with clients to understand and articulate the various ways solutions may be delivered and anticipate what will work best for a given client by combining talent, succession, learning and other organization development with technical expertise and business acumen. Data Science Solution Consultants are responsible for program and / or project management across complex client engagements and acts as primary single-point of contact for client stakeholders upon execution of a Services Statement of Work. The Data Science Solution Consultant partners with Sales and the 3D Results Practice Areas to ensure the most valuable solution are delivered to clients.

Based on established 3D Process on Purpose methodology, the Data Science Solutions Consultant: - Participate as a member of the 3D Results Data Sciences team in discovery sessions to understand the client's business objectives and system needs - Work with a 3D Results Solution Consultant to design the solution that best meets the client's requirements - Work closely with the Data Sciences team to oversee the implementation and delivery of the analytics project. - Support clients through go-live process and a play key role in promoting solution adoption - Work with the Project Leader to understand assigned project responsibilities and keep the projects on schedule - Communicate progress and expectations, escalates problems to Project Leader for awareness and/or resolution - Translate client feedback into product features and assist with the product roadmap and design - Serve as a product evangelist internally and externally - Communicate with leaders and maximize the effectiveness of the Data Sciences team **Competencies** To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following: - **Getting Things Done -** Takes the initiative and responsibility to ensure that projects, tasks, and deliverables are completed to 3D Results standards. - **Create Strategic Value -** Applies 3D Results’ business model, professional and domain expertise, and an understanding of how to capitalize on technology to deliver Results. * Master's degree or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Experience turning ideas into actionable designs. Able to persuade stakeholders and champion effective techniques through product development - Must be able to travel in U.S. and internationally, providing on-site consulting work to clients and have the ability to work remotely from your home office - Must be able to manage multiple projects utilizing strong planning and organizational skills - Experience with general consulting skills that include team facilitation, business case development, strong business analysis skills, process mapping, and business process redesigning - Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, and support - 5+ years of experience within an HCM business environment or familiarity with key HCM functions and concepts - 5+ years of previous experience with SuccessFactors or other established Talent Management software organization (e.g., Taleo, Kenexa, ADP/Virtual Edge, Cornerstone OnDemand, etc.) - Strong, technically-focused selling skills and relationship building at an executive level in a remote environment - Demonstrated success working effectively with a variety of levels of responsibility within an organization including executive stakeholders - Demonstrated ability to translate business challenges into a strategic roadmap with a significant ROI - Experience in an enterprise solution sales environment and ability to partner with account executives in development and closure of sales opportunities - Previous experience with BI/Analytics Solutions - Self-starter with proven record of working effectively independently and remotely - Highly developed organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills including the ability to create and present compelling PowerPoint presentations **Qualifications** * To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. * The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. * Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
