Summary
Ziegler currently has an opening for a Sales and Rental Coordinator. This position provides support to the outside sales force while handling walk-in sales and rental traffic. Other functions include administrative duties, customer support and service, minor inventory duties.
Responsibilities
* Resource to General Line sales representatives and area customers * Maintenance of inventory regarding General Line equipment and attachments * Processing of invoice documents for machine sales and leases * Pre-delivery work ordering processing and monitoring * Logistics arrangements * Phone coverage for Ziegler's rental call center * Walk-in traffic for sales and rental * Resource to sales representatives and area customers * Coordinate rental process from rental request to equipment delivery * Complete credit check process * Other administrative duties
Ideal Candidate
* Great customer service and interpersonal skills * Excellent attention to detail * Effective time management skills * Ability to work as part of a team with minimal supervision * 4-year degree or comparable work experience; High School Diploma or GED required
