Ziegler currently has an opening for a Sales and Rental Coordinator. This position provides support to the outside sales force while handling walk-in sales and rental traffic. Other functions include administrative duties, customer support and service, minor inventory duties.
- Resource to General Line sales representatives and area customers
- Maintenance of inventory regarding General Line equipment and attachments
- Processing of invoice documents for machine sales and leases
- Pre-delivery work ordering processing and monitoring
- Logistics arrangements
- Phone coverage for Ziegler's rental call center
- Walk-in traffic for sales and rental
- Resource to sales representatives and area customers
- Coordinate rental process from rental request to equipment delivery
- Complete credit check process
- Other administrative duties
- Great customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to work as part of a team with minimal supervision
- 4-year degree or comparable work experience; High School Diploma or GED required
