Sales and Rental Coordinator

Ziegler currently has an opening for a Sales and Rental Coordinator. This position provides support to the outside sales force while handling walk-in sales and rental traffic. Other functions include administrative duties, customer support and service, minor inventory duties.

• Resource to General Line sales representatives and area customers
• Maintenance of inventory regarding General Line equipment and attachments
• Processing of invoice documents for machine sales and leases
• Pre-delivery work ordering processing and monitoring
• Logistics arrangements
• Phone coverage for Ziegler's rental call center
• Walk-in traffic for sales and rental
• Resource to sales representatives and area customers
• Coordinate rental process from rental request to equipment delivery
• Complete credit check process
• Other administrative duties

• 4-year degree or comparable work experience; High School Diploma or GED required
