Warehouse Manager

Leggett & Platt, Incorporated is seeking a Warehouse Manager for our Automotive Group shared facility in El Paso, TX. We want someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and delivering excellent results while having fun.

- Manage warehouse operations including seamless coordination with our manufacturing facility in Cd Juarez Mexico. - Maintain company data processing systems for forecasting, inventory control, scheduling, purchasing, receiving, and production reporting. - Administer all activities relating to the procurement, scheduling, use, and storage of materials. - Support continuous improvement projects. - Supervise regular and temporary staff (as necessary) to ensure extraordinary levels of customer service while optimizing inventory turns and accuracy

Preferred candidate will be a university graduate, English / Spanish bilingual and a proven leader with at least seven years of warehouse and distribution management experience, a sound understanding of legal, customs and administrative processes involved in an international logistics environment.
