Responsibilities
- Develops and advocates new programs and directs their implementation upon - Interfaces with management at all levels in order to understand and address any Human Resource related areas of - Participates in strategic cross-functional project teams to address and implement corporate policies and processes. - Responsible for implementing operational and strategic policies and - Partner with management to develop functional processes for client - Interface with senior leadership to report on project and program milestones and to present project needs. - Support key functional areas within HR including but not limited to recruiting and selection, retention, employee development, employee relations, and performance - Accountable for providing alignment at the functional level to identify efficiencies, provide consistency, streamline processes, methodologies, and practices in Human Resources areas. - Facilitate conflict resolution between associates and managers, associate-to-associate, as required. - Conduct and document investigations and assist management with - Primary liaison for client groups on day-to-day - Perform transactional duties in the area of talent acquisition and retention, HRIS, compensation, performance management, and training and - Adheres to all applicable procedures, cGMP's, company policies, and all other quality or regulatory requirements.. Ensures all work is performed in a safe, effective manner, and in compliance with the appropriate industry and regulatory standards, and Departmental, Plant, and Corporate quality and Behavioral Based Safety (BBS) goals.
Ideal Candidate
**What You Need to Bring to the Table:** - Bachelor's Degree required - A minimum of five years of HR experience, which should include the responsibilities outlined above. - Experience in the fundamentals of HR including recruiting, performance management, employee relations, and policy administration. **Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:** - Master's Degree - PHR Certification - Previous experience working in a regulated environment **The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess:** - HR Generalist experience - Program implementation - Problem resolution skills
