Summary
We are looking for Outbound Sales Representatives eager to find customers who are ready to be helped by Web.com’s extensive suite of services. Top candidates for Web.com’s Outbound Sales Representative position should be prepared to jump on the phone, act as a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and excited to help customers find the best solutions for their marketing needs. You’ll make sales based on the needs of the customer, offer exceptional customer service, and work with amazing people.
Responsibilities
* Drive revenue by making outbound calls for promotions and special pricing * Provide feedback on customer reactions and program improvements * Meet quality, efficiency, and revenue goals for yourself and your team * Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers while maintaining a positive representation of Web.com * Compile and work lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from web sites and other sources * Make outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers to sell products and services * Actively support company policy and best practices in the area of security, with special emphasis on the protection of sensitive customer information * Maintain awareness of the availability of all products and services in the company so that every opportunity to meet customer's needs is taken into consideration * Work hard every day, be coachable, and bring a contagious positive attitude

* You are a detail-oriented team player that prefers a fast-paced setting * You enjoy talking to people and they generally like talking to you * You are organized, resourceful, and self-motivated with a good work ethic * You love closing deals and can effectively negotiate on the spot * You’re a great communicator * Bonus if you have experience in a sales call center environment
