Nesco has a temp to hire opportunity for our client in Tempe. 6:30am-3pm M-F. Applies knowledge of customer business models and offers sales solutions that support the customer’s safety training objectives.

* Assesses, identifies, measures and monitors customer or business needs in order to make decisions and take appropriate actions. Builds business partnerships and develops key customer relationships to maximize account profitability. * Understands the customer’s safety training needs aligns appropriate sales strategies. * Conducts competitive analysis of competitor’s offerings and strategies, and maintains awareness of competitive environment. * Conducts customer analysis to identify customer needs, determine the impact of products/services on customers, and identify which products, services and features to promote to current and former customers. * Solicits information using information gathering techniques such as asking open and closed-ended questions, and probing for details to obtain additional information.

* Minimum High school diploma or GED * Business to Business sales experience preferred * Minimum two years’ experience making outbound calls, preferably in a call center environment * Selling products and services via the phone * Salesforce or similar software experience is a plus. * The ability to take advantage of all opportunities to sell products and services to customers by following a needs-based sales practice * Superior customer service and communication skills * Account management experience is a plus
