Summary
We are looking for a seasoned and driven product manager to plan and execute our customer centric marketing programs that are focused on building balances through timely, targeted and valued offers. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys planning, developing, testing and executing multiple marketing projects with competing deadlines while analyzing results to influence and drive the development of future campaigns. We need someone who can be given a project/task to perform with minimal direction and run with the assignment, make recommendations on next steps and execute within the time frame requested.
Responsibilities
**Marketing Program Management** * Manage direct mail, email and online programs, including collateral design, lead selection, offer determination, test design, performance management, and reporting. * End to end management of all programs including campaign setup, auditing lead lists, executing the campaign, and reporting on results with an analysis of key metrics. Build and manage relationships with internal groups to ensure that all performance, compliance and quality standards are met for every campaign **Program and Portfolio Trend Monitoring** * Forecast program results based on past analysis of campaigns. * Create results tracking with key metrics that measure campaign effectivenessUse analytics reports to absorb program and portfolio information to identify opportunities to optimize marketing programs and portfolio drivers. * Create new processes that allow us to effectively manage programs while minimizing business partner resourcesBuild and maintain reports to track project status, action items, key metrics and performance indicators **Customer Communications** * Continuously improve customer marketing creatives * Monitor customer marketing communications for continuity and a clear, positive customer experience * Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience * Investigate customer escalations and account discrepancies; work with other team members and departments to correct issues and put processes in place to ensure future errors are prevented
Ideal Candidate
**Required Qualifications** * 5+ years of product management experience, product development experience, or a combination of both * A BS/BA degree or higher * 4+ years of credit and portfolio management experience * 2+ years of account analysis experience * 2+ years of presenter experience * 2+ years of creative services and marketing experience **Desired Qualifications** * Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to use persistence to overcome obstacles and strive to improve skills while aggressively tackling goals * Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members * Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills * Ability to analyze metrics and articulate data trends both visually and verbally
