Sr Financial Analyst

• Apply knowledge of finance and accounting to perform financial analysis and reporting for a variety of assigned responsibilities, accurately and within the appropriate time constraints.
• Assist with various functions related to financial and management reporting. Monthly and quarterly standard and ad-hoc activities.
• Produce timely and accurate Voya Funds Board reports on a quarterly (12b-1 reports) and annual (15(c)) basis.
• Manage the data collection for all information related to Voya Funds Board reporting. Ensure Board reporting data is appropriate, accurate, and complete.
• Utilize advanced to expert Excel skills to maintain effective and efficient Voya Funds Board reporting by developing and maintaining existing data controls.
• Work effectively as a team member to facilitate the completion of a variety of projects and surveys within the unit, and participate on cross-functional project teams on behalf of the unit as necessary.
• Establish and maintain internal and external relationships with other reporting units and develop and maintain knowledge of Company business practices and products.
• Perform other related projects and duties as assigned.

• Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA, CPA or CFA a plus
• 5+ years previous financial reporting and analysis, accounting or finance experience required in the financial services industry; Investment Management related experience preferred
• Strong Computer Skills, advanced to expert level with Excel and working knowledge of other Microsoft Office products
• Hyperion Essbase and Planning experience a plus
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft General Ledger Software a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
